FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What types of prints do you offer?
We offer premium fine art prints on Dibond (aluminium), acrylic glass, and ArtBox frames. Each medium is carefully selected to bring out the finest details and colours of our photography.
What is the print quality like?
Our prints are produced at museum quality using professional-grade materials and archival inks. We partner with WhiteWall, one of Europe's leading fine art print labs, to ensure exceptional colour accuracy and longevity.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery within Europe takes an additional 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
If a print is not available for delivery through our primary lab (WhiteWall), we can work with other well-known professional labs to ship to your country — just contact us and we will find the best solution for you.
What is your return policy?
Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I order a custom size?
We offer a range of standard sizes. For custom size requests, please contact us directly via our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout depending on your region.
Are the photographs protected by copyright?
Yes. All photographs are the exclusive property of Mick Boby Robert Photography. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the artwork. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.
How should I care for my print?
Keep your print away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For Dibond and acrylic prints, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Properly cared for, your print will retain its quality for decades.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
