Article 1 – Purpose These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of fine-art photography prints made through mickphotographie.store by Mickaël Robert (hereinafter "the Seller"). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 – Products All products are fine-art photography prints produced on premium archival supports, manufactured to order. Images displayed on the site are representative but may vary slightly depending on screen calibration.
Article 3 – Pricing Prices are displayed in EUR or the applicable market currency, inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
Article 4 – Orders An order is final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the buyer. As products are made to order, no modifications are possible after validation.
Article 5 – Payment Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout (credit card, Shop Pay, etc.). All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.
Article 6 – Shipping & Delivery Orders are produced and shipped by our print partners (WhiteWall and Picto Online). Estimated delivery times are 5–15 business days depending on the market and product type. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal As all prints are manufactured to the buyer's specifications and are personalised goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. All sales are final.
Article 8 – Returns & Refunds In the event of a damaged or non-conforming product, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to contact the Seller with supporting photographs. A replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate. Please also refer to the Return Policy available on the site.
Article 9 – Liability The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property All photographs sold remain the exclusive property of Mickaël Robert. The purchase of a print grants private use rights only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 11 – Personal Data Data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
Article 12 – Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. The buyer may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
