SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Mick Boby Robert Photography for your premium wall art prints. We ship our photography prints worldwide and are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if any delays occur.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to the following markets: France/EU, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, India, Japan, Mauritius, China, and La Réunion (local market).

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • La Réunion (local): 2-4 business days
  • France & EU: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 7-12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • India, Japan, China, Mauritius: 12-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier performance. We use reliable shipping services with tracking for all international orders.

LOCAL PICKUP (LA RÉUNION)

Customers in La Réunion can choose local pickup at our location:
5 Impasse des Vacoas, 97431 La Plaine-des-Palmistes, Réunion

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

For large format prints or Dibond-mounted pieces, additional shipping fees may apply due to special packaging requirements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Important: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most markets
  • You will not have to pay additional fees upon delivery if duties/taxes were collected at checkout
  • If duties/taxes were not collected at checkout, you may be required to pay them to the carrier upon delivery

We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about import duties and taxes in your country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take great care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All prints are carefully protected with professional packaging materials.

Damaged items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@mickbobyrobert.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions may not be available. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
